Fistful seeds soaked in water,
Strain it well by tying in cloth,
Or spread the seeds on flower bed,
Energy of it would sprout out!
Pushing mud they come out,
Inspiringly they workout,
Even then no strain is seen,
They happily spread the green!
In the closed cloth sitting tight,
They exert in that heat,
Effort is shown in germination,
Help us with profound protein!
Eat the sprouts every morning,
Keeps you strong and healthy,
Such an industrious seeds are,
Let’s learn that dedication’s fervour!
