I wonder to see myself in an identical,
Moving together with me but not a mirror,
It is exciting and also a weird connection!
I see my actions while carrying out is a miracle,
The inside feel is truly realised in a nearer,
It’s different yet cognate to have an identical!
Love to spot my own mannerisms not mythical,
I notice my errors in a discrete manner,
But Still I don’t know if I have a connection!
I learn about self by looking twin is magical,
In accepting the reality, mind may defer,
Time helps to befriend my own identical!
Emotions are involved to feel self in symmetrical,
I Accepted everything as an almighty’s confer,
I wonder to see myself in an identical,
It is exciting and also a weird connection!
(Villanelle Form)
The first and third lines of the opening tercet are repeated alternately in the last lines of the succeeding stanzas; then in the final stanza, the refrain serves as the poem's two concluding lines. Using capitals for the refrains and lowercase letters for the rhymes, the form could be expressed as: A1 b A2 / a b A1 / a b A2 / a b A1 / a b A2 / a b A1 A2.
