“We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far – Swami Vivekanand

They say youth is power of any nation. Today India’s population is about 138 millions out of which 34.33% is the youth share (data credit – countrymeters.info, mospi.nic.in).

As Swamiji rightly mentioned power of thoughts, need of the hour is to channelise thoughts of youth in the appropriate direction.

Any Nation is built on its society and It’s high time that the society starts working at root level. Need of the hour is to focus on and invest more in character building through value-based parenting.

One of the proven ways of value-based parenting is ancient Indian Scriptures where Spirituality used to be a way of life from early childhood. Spirituality is based on peace and compassion and helps one to walk towards oneness. Strength of India lies in its diverse culture and youth. By combining both we will build a Nation which is looked at as Vishw Guru (World leader), a Nation that inspires the world to live in peace and harmony.

Today Mother India is looking at the youth with expectation to be the torch bearers of the beautiful culture of this country.

Let’s again be culturally rich and an inclusive India, a country in which a 30 year old youth visits another country, greet them as ‘My brothers and Sisters’
